Teamspeak/Ventrilo [Community communication]

Just curious as to how the community of the server would be able to gather/meet really.

Is there a ventrilo or teamspeak server available?

I know in the profile settings, you can add your skype;

would that be the alternative for moderators and a few players to use, or will the other programs come into effect later in the future?

For GM's it is required to have skype but for the community i think it would be awesome if you want to put something together!
